The Mikihisa garden knife, made by the Ikeuchi Hamono (Ikeuchi Blades) Company has a practical, single bevelled blade that will come in handy almost anywhere. The single bevel creates a thinner edge compared to a knife beveled on both sides, resulting in extremely fine cuts. The blade locks in place when it is fully opened. Use it for all sorts of garden jobs and as a general-purpose knife - in the workshop, camping, fishing or crafting.

Not only practical, this folding knife is also aesthetically beautiful and well crafted. It's blade is made of laminated Aogami #2 Blue Paper steel. The single bevel gives incredible precision and the Blue Paper steel holds an amazing edge.
